FROM THE BOARDROOM TO THE PADDOCK
I didn’t follow the traditional path to coaching. My career started in management at RHM, where I grew from junior management roles to senior leadership. At Greggs, I was proud to be part of the Senior Leadership Team, honing my skills in navigating corporate landscapes and leading large teams. Later, as CEO of Glint—a social enterprise I built to help others thrive—I fully embraced purpose-driven work. Currently, I hold the role of COO at Obviously!, which focuses on sustainable business growth, deepening my passion for social enterprises and ethical leadership.Along the way, I’ve faced my own challenges—bullying, navigating corporate politics, and the fight to stay true to what I believe in. Standing up for what's right, even when it wasn’t easy, shaped who I am and the way I work with others.
It also led me to embrace my childhood love: horses.
Working with horses as a girl helped me through some of the toughest times. Today, I partner with them in my equine facilitated learning work, allowing them to mirror back the things we can’t always see ourselves. Through their intuitive wisdom, I help my clients uncover their true selves, step into their power, and navigate both personal and professional growth.

I’m driven by a deep belief in fairness, justice, and empowering others. Having faced bullying throughout my life and career, I know what it means to be silenced—and I’m here to make sure others find their voice. Whether I’m working with corporate leaders or individuals, I’m committed to creating safe spaces for people to stand up, be bold, and break through whatever is holding them back.
My philosophy is to Be Brave. Be Fierce. But above all, Be Kind. It’s how I approach my work, my clients, and life. This mantra shapes everything I do, from helping a business restructure to guiding someone through personal transformation.
It’s not about forcing change—it’s about creating space for it.
