As I spread my wings and launch myself into my new persona, with no brand name to hide behind, I realise I could waffle on here for ages about what I do and how I do it, but, do you really care? Probably not – and that’s great, because it’s time you stopped thinking about other people and turned your attention to your own needs for a while.
I love what I do, using a variety of different tools and techniques, but I accept that, to the uninitiated, they might seem a bit random. Actually though, each of the methods is designed to support you in moving forward, dealing with change, getting focused, or dealing with whatever it is that’s been holding you back for all these years. One thing I’ve learned over the years is that we all prefer to work in different ways, so by having different tools available to use, we can work together to find the best way to support you, rather than adopting a one-size-fits-all approach.
